This Florida Style 5 bedroom Waterfront home is decorated in a Tommy Bahama décor. Featuring a private heated swimming pool with built in seats and table inside of pool, BBQ gas grill, outdoor dining & sunbeds. Master Suite has a large king bed with a private bathroom, dual sinks, separate soaking tub and walk in shower. Three well appointed guest bedrooms have queen beds, one guest room with 2 single beds and three full bathrooms. Open kitchen with bar top for morning breakfast and eat in kitchen dinette, living room, formal dining, & a Pool/Billard Table for hours of fun. Each bedroom has TV's as well as the living room, high speed internet, free local calls.

Rented February and March in this home in Moody River....the home had all we could have asked for and more....I love cooking as a hobby and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, knives, utensils, everything....the King, 3 queens, and 2 twin beds were all extremely comfortable...heated pool was fabulous with temperature usually above 85 and often reaching 86,87 in March....linai was incredible....we lived on linai eating all our meals there, sipping coffee in morning, and cocktails and wine in evening...linai and pool over look pond with numerous birds, fish, turtles, raccoons, and other wildlife....loving nature I used my binoculars and would watch for hours...<br/><br/>Moody River is a friendly gated community with good people....both snow birds and year round residents....ages are mixed and run the gamut giving it a dynamic and vibrancy we wife and I made numerous friends during our stay...the community pool, club house, workout room, and tennis and pickle ball courts are all great places to meet , mingle and form lasting relationships...<br/><br/>Moody River is centrally located to all Ft Myers area has to offer...Red Sox, Twins, beaches, Sanibel, historic downtown, art and Irish festivals, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples, Punta Gorda, Ft Myers Beach....great restaurants and night life are close by....from rum bars to sea food to pub grub to burgers to ethnic to fine dining...something for all interests here<br/><br/>As is inevitable we had a few minor issues arise during our stay....all were dealt with expeditiously and with great professionalism....the service of Val from " I Rent Florida Homes " was simply outstanding...<br/><br/>I have rented twice with " I Rent Florida Homes " ....once in a 3 BR 25th floor high rise and this winter in a 5 BR pooled home in the gated community of Moody River....both experiences were outstanding....I recommend the management company and this home in Moody River in total satisfaction and without reservation...

This spacious five bedroom, three bath house definitely has the "Wow" factor. New furnishings, appliances, and all the kitchen amenities one could ask for.Large heated pool with conservation area to the rear ensures privacy. Minutes from downtown Fort Myers and the beaches. Short ride to Red Sox and Twins training facilities and great restaurants nearby especially Fabios and Biancas for Italian food lovers.Valerie, the property manager was a pleasure to work with and attentive to any needs we may have had.I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or relatives and would definitely return.<br/>
